Return Policy

You can return your order within 14 days upon delivery. The order must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice and package. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact.  OSBE cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to OSBE. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However, OSBE will not charge additional shipping on exchanges.

Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs or handling charges.

Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our authorized retailer store's.

along with a note indicating your request.  In addition, login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We ship to the United States, Canada and all International destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Canadian and all International residents please note that duty fees and taxes are not included.


We do not guarantee that all the items available at the web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail.
OSBE cannot warrant that the content of is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date or images reflect actual product sold.  OSBE may at any time change the content of the site.
Though OSBE´s strife to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Part of the services mediated through are performed and concerned for by outside organizations. In situations where OSBE act as an agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. OSBE cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused from using the site or for that matter not being able to use the site.  OSBE cannot guarantee a problem-free uninterrupted and secure access to the web site.

We cannot guarantee that colors in the website are fully equivalent to the items’ actual colors. This depends on the color settings of your computer and monitor.
